Pedro Wilton

Pedro, a Portuguese national, is a Coruscant’s Executive Director and FundBox non-executive director, with responsibility for risk management.

He started his career as a banker with Banco Nacional Ultramarino, now part of the Portuguese Republic’s wholly-owned bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos. He then joined the Portuguese Capital Markets Regulator, CMVM, which he left to become an advisor to the Portuguese Secretary of State of the Treasury, his former boss at CMVM Carlos Costa Pina.

After two and a half years in Government work, he moved to Euronext Lisbon where he was head of new listings and the relationship manager with listed companies. He joined Coruscant in 2023 to keep up his decades-long activity of bringing companies to the capital markets, now from the standpoint of a private player.

Pedro holds a BSc in Economics from NOVA and a Masters in Finance from the Portuguese Catholic University. He is the executive manager of a capital markets executive program at ISCTE Execute Education.
